I'M NOT YOUR TYPICAL FITNESS GUY. I'M THE GUY WHO KEPT STARTING OVER.

Dad of two. Overnight worker. 126 pounds down.

Coach Maldo present day after 126 lb loss

NOW

I got down to 236 and thought I'd cracked it. Then my schedule changed, life got heavy, and the weight came right back.

Sound familiar? You go all in, it works for a few weeks, one rough stretch wipes it out, and you're back at square one wondering what's wrong with you.

Nothing was wrong with me. Nothing's wrong with you. My plans only worked when life cooperated.

It took years of trial, error and starting over to learn the difference between a plan that looks good on paper and one that survives a night shift. Once I built my fitness around my life instead of the other way around, it stuck. 126 pounds later, here we are.

If that pattern sounds familiar, let's break it.

EVERYTHING I COACH, I LEARNED THE HARD WAY.

CIRCUMSTANCE

Overnight shifts. Two kids. My schedule was never going to be normal. Waiting for a better time meant waiting forever.

PRIORITY

I wasn't giving up time with my family to get in shape, and I'll never ask you to. Your priorities stay. The plan bends.

REROUTE

The weeks that wrecked my progress were never a surprise. Late shifts, birthdays, dinners out. So now the backup is planned before I need it.

DON'T RESTART

Every "I'll start Monday" cost me more than the bad day ever did. Now there's nothing to restart.

WHY I COACH LIKE THIS

Meal plans and workout plans are the easy part. Anybody can send you a PDF.

What decides if this works is what goes on in your head when the week goes sideways. So we talk about that too.

You won't get a lecture for a bad week. You will get honest questions, and a plan to fix it.

And I'll explain the why behind everything. The goal is for you to need me less, not more.

DAD FIRST.

When I'm not coaching, I'm working nights or hanging with my family. Usually losing a lightsaber fight. Big Star Wars, Marvel and DC nerd. No shame.

I'm not an influencer with a perfect routine. I'm a regular guy who figured out how to make this work with a full life, and I want to hear about yours.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR WEEK.

I don't want clients saying "he gave me a great plan." I want them saying "he actually cared about me, not just my numbers." That starts with a conversation, and you'll be doing most of the talking.
