Who we are
BNTY Coaching, LLC ("BNTY", "we", "us") is based in Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have. Questions: coachmaldo@bntycoaching.com.
What we collect
When you book a Fit Call: your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to share in the booking form.
When you become a client: intake and check-in information such as your goals, schedule, body measurements, progress photos, training and nutrition details, and health information you disclose, such as injuries, conditions or limitations.
Payment details are entered directly with our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Messages you send us by email, text, Instagram, Discord or our coaching app.
Basic technical data from your visit to this website, such as device, browser and pages viewed, including through cookies and the Meta Pixel (see below).
How we use it
To schedule and hold your Fit Call and follow up with you about it
To build, deliver and adjust your coaching program
To process payments and manage your account
To communicate with you, including reminders and coaching messages
To understand how the website is used and to measure and improve our advertising
To meet legal and accounting obligations
Your health information
Health and body information you share is used only to coach you safely. It stays between you and Coach Maldo and the tools we use to deliver your coaching. We never sell it, and we never publish identifiable photos, stories or results without your separate, optional permission.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell your personal information.
Tools we use
We share information only with service providers that help us run BNTY, such as: GoHighLevel (booking, CRM and messaging), Stripe and Newie (payments), Trainerize (coaching app), Discord (client community), Google Workspace (documents and email), Zoom, Loom and Tella (calls and video), and Instagram (messaging). Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and to measure and improve our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Meta may collect information about your visit under its own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Email and text messages
If you book a call, we may contact you by email and text about your booking. We will only send marketing emails or texts if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing coachmaldo@bntycoaching.com. Depending on where you live (including Canada and certain US states), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
Our services are for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
