About these terms
This website is operated by BNTY Coaching, LLC ("BNTY", "we", "us"), Fort Worth, Texas. By using this website or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What BNTY provides
BNTY Coaching provides online fitness and nutrition coaching and education, delivered by Coach Maldo within his qualifications. BNTY does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please read our Health & Fitness Disclaimer before starting any program.
Fit Calls
The Fit Call is a free conversation to find out whether coaching is a good fit. Booking a call does not create a coaching relationship or any obligation to buy.
Coaching clients
If you become a client, your coaching is governed by the BNTY Client Coaching Terms and the enrollment summary you sign before starting. They set out your package, price, payment schedule, commitment, check-ins, communication, pauses, the initial eight-week progress review and the results-based cancellation and refund policy. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed client terms, your signed client terms apply.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.

Results depend on participation, consistency and individual circumstances. Results vary, and specific outcomes or timelines are not guaranteed. Client stories on this website are real, shared with permission, and are not a promise that you will achieve the same results.
Your use of the site
Don't misuse the website, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
All content on this website and all coaching materials, including programs, meal plans, guides, videos and documents, belong to BNTY Coaching, LLC. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold or published without written permission.

We use third-party tools for booking, payments and coaching delivery, and the site links to our social media. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BNTY Coaching, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
